Pastor Samuel Kioko
Spiritual and Cultural advisor

Steven W. Bell
Project Manager

Steve has travelled all over Kenya and preached in many towns and villages in Kenya. Steve started in the Pastoral ministry in 1983 and much of his ministry was spent as a bi-vocational minister. Because of this he has developed unique skill set that makes him invaluable to our work to bring water to Kenya. Otherwise known as the networker, Steve’s willingness to talk to anyone and everyone has been key to building our large Sponsor base. Despite his fondness for chit chat, Steve is a bit of a computer nerd and likes nothing more than a night in with a good book.

Pastor Samuel has dreamed of bridging the gap across the ocean between Christian from a young age. He developed a passion for building relationships and began building partnerships while still in college.

Pastor Samuel oversees the Spiritual direction at Shoes4Water as well as cultural development. He loves people as you will soon know when he meets you. Samuel speaks Swahili, English, a little Spanish and five other tribal Dialects. I must say with a smile on my face, Samuel does not get alone with computers.
